I have been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 30 years now. I have seen lots of trends come and go but one thing I do know is that consistently living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be hard, or demanding. Changing your eating habits can be challenging at first but well worth it in the end. Sometimes just making a few simple changes can help you feel better, more energetic which will allow you the energy to do all the things you want to do. I also encourage regular daily movement. You do not have to be a triathlete to benefit from fitness. There are simple things you can do every day to promote wellbeing.
