I am dedicated to helping families find a balance between school home, and on the go foods. I started understanding and educating myself on the power of food in 2014. I wanted to find ways to keep my kids fueled while we were out running around. I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in elementary education from Winona State University and St. Mary’s. I graduated from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute as a Master Certified Health Coach. I specialize in working together to create a lifestyle that allows for proper nutrition, education and solutions for the busy life. I focus specifically on helping to create a plan that will help to ease the stress of eating out or eating on the go, while getting proper nutrition to perform at your healthiest self. I enjoy helping my clients overcome the barriers they face to allow them to live out their passions and dreams and create a wonderful Wellness Vision for themselves.
I have several personal hobbies that allow me to keep my own life at the forefront. I enjoy Yoga, walking, reading my bible, playing volleyball, journaling, laughing as much as possible, and just being with my family. I am always up for trying new recipes and learning from others.
I am a Master Certified Health Coach, with specialties in Pregnancy, Families (kids ages 2-18), Prime-Time (ages 30+), Individuals and Group Presentations through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
