Hi…..my name is Helen, and I am here to help my clients lose weight, eat better, and design a workout routine that fits their lifestyle. After having three children, I struggled to get back into a workout routine. I had no energy, was always eating junk food, and my clothes didn’t fit me anymore. I knew I had to make some changes. For the past six years, I've been going to the gym, working closely with a personal trainer and nutritionist, and recently furthered my knowledge by taking a 40-hour course on nutrition, fitness, and weight loss. I will help my clients make short and long term goals they can reach. I will help them incorporate this way of eating and exercise into their everyday routine in a stress-free way, so it does not interfere with their lifestyle. I will help them get to where they want to be, and I will be there for them every step of the way.
