I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who works with women to reach a new level of health and well-being. Many of my clients are in helping professions and are excellent at caring for others, yet often don't care for themselves in the same way. I walk with them along their journeys, helping them create their own goals and steps to make lasting change. I help people prioritize what matters most to them and help them address the obstacles that stand in their way.
I also have a M.A in Clinical Psychology and have spent many years studying Positive Psychology, coming to the conclusion that when we focus on our values, strengths and what is "right with us," we can learn to take better care of ourselves and reduce the stress that leads to health challenges.
