I'm a behavior specialist with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Masters of Science in Counseling with over 10 years of experience using the science of behavior to improve lives! After losing 60 pounds and going from not even being able to run a mile to training for my first marathon, I am dedicated to helping people increase health oriented behaviors.
