I am certified Holistic Health Coach, Reiki Master and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher (in training). I am passionate about health and wellness as a lifestyle not a diet or short term experience. Once we adapt to living by core standards of health we will look and feel our absolute best and live a much happier life because of it. This means health across a few pillars; diet/nutrition, movement, relationships, spiritual practice, career/work/life purpose. I have spent a decade working on and improving each of these pillars and have helped many along the way do the same.
