Our bodies undergo a lot of daily stress that can lead to daily aches, pains, spasms, or injuries. Maintaining healthy flexibility and movement allows us to age stronger and keep a more youthful appearance.
Sessions last for up to an hour and start with an assessment that analyzes all your personal goals, needs, and health status to develop a wellness plan. We integrate various training styles that range from yoga to kickboxing, HIIT, high performance, weight training, stretching and body alignment with a hands on approach that monitors proper exercise execution and challenges the body to maintain optimal function. The goal is for you to feel strong, energized, motivated and pain free.
