Virtual Fitness Instruction

Join Jennifer, an ACE certified group fitness instructor for
1 hour of Seated or Standing Aerobics on your time. These classes are designed for those who are less physically active and are looking to regain physical fitness.

We begin with a warm up, use hand weights and body movements, and then cool down with stretch and meditation.
