Hi, my name is Ginger. I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
I have been studying nutrition and experimenting with my diet to achieve greater health for over 20 years. I am on a mission to empower people to make healthier food choices and create a balanced life that supports health.
I too live with CFS. At first I didn't think there was anything to do to heal because the medical world says there's no cure for CFS. I believed this for some time. I resigned myself to mainly resting all day. I lost weight, muscle strength and just felt horrible. I began going to see a holistic chiropractor who told me that I have an innate immune system and that my body is made to heal. I thought to myself, “Not with CFS you don't.” She continued to tell me this all the while I was hearing the same message on youtube and from others I found on the internet. It's the message I was meant to hear.
I finally started believing I could heal. Then I remembered a client I had when I was a massage therapist who overcame CFS as well through diet and lifestyle changes. I decided to take charge. I cleaned up my diet, began experimenting with movement and realized I needed to strategize my day to work for me and to avoid crashes. Since I started living this way my quality of life has improved, I rarely crash and I have a full productive day.
I am ready to share this knowledge with people suffering with CFS.
