Hi…..my name is Helen, and I am here to help you design a workout routine that fits your lifestyle. After having three children, I struggled to get back into a workout routine. I had no energy, and my clothes didn’t fit me anymore. I knew I had to make some changes. For the past six years, I've been going to the gym, working closely with a personal trainer and recently furthered my knowledge by taking a 40-hour course on training and fitness. I will help you make short and long term goals that you can reach. Together we will incorporate exercise into your everyday routine in a stress-free way.
