I have had a life-long interest in nutrition as my Mother was a registered dietitian. I am passionate about the idea that a healthy lifestyle encompasses more than food choices. I practice Pilates regularly and thrive off of the strength it gives me physically and mentally. I love to be in the kitchen, creating and challenging myself to find new health-forward options. I also love to draw and paint - anything I can create with my hands. I consider myself a highly intuitive and empathic individual, more reason as to why I studied to become a Health Coach.
