My name is Wendy Neely. I came into Kundalini Yoga and Meditation on my journey to wellness.
As a Swim Coach I worked long hours, always on the go and raising kids took a toll on my health and emotional well-being. The compilation of stress had triggered auto immune disorders leaving me no options, but to slow down. I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and since haven't turned back. It's a fun and it’s an easy way to build personal discipline, develop self-love and compassion while enriching your relationships. Everyone deserves to be happy and healthy. It's our birthright!
