I specialize in teaching beginning meditators the basics of building a consistent, regular practice. I believe through consistency, change happens. However, to be consistent sometimes we need a guide to “make it our own”. I’m here to be that guide and help you build that confidence.
I have created a program focused on exploring the different types of meditation and mindfulness practices. The goal of the program is for the student to learn enough to feel confident in creating their own specialized practice. No one is exactly alike so their Meditation practice won’t be either. As a teacher I want to give you the ability to feel secure in the process so you can reap the multitudes of benefits meditation has to offer.
Sessions can be designed to focus on a specific need or goal. For example, relieving stress and anxiety, increasing your focus and concentration.
