I believe that achieving optimal health and wellness is something that we all aspire to do. However, we all have unique situations, goals, and needs, and there is not a one-size-fits-all approach for accomplishing goals. As your coach, I will help you to identify the specific health and wellness goals that you want to accomplish and that are ideal for you.
Together we will:
Discuss what wellness means for you.
Identify the goals that you want to achieve and structure them in the SMART goal format.
Develop a detailed plan to work towards your goals.
Identify emotional, environmental, behavioral, and/or mental barriers that may be creating challenges for goal-accomplishment.
Identify and leverage strengths and areas of opportunity for goal-accomplishment.
Accountability will also be a part of our collaborative process, and as your coach, it is my job to help you stay on track.
Each week’s coaching will include weekly goal-setting, discussion of progress, education of health and wellness topics, inspiration, and motivation.
