I am a wellness physical therapist and offer the following services: 1. Assessing your posture and movement and constructing a personalized exercise program to help you accomplish your fitness goals. Then, I can work with you in virtual sessions to carry out exercises and ensure proper form. 2. Workplace wellness: Workplace ergonomic instruction (desk set-up), and daily stretch/exercise routines to address neck or back pain caused to prolonged sitting. 3. Basic nutrition advice and breathing exercises to support a holistic approach to your health.
