Hello! My name is Hannah. I am an ACSM certified Personal Trainer, with a dual degree in sport psychology and exercise science. I have a passion for helping people (YOU!) reach their wellness and health goals. I have worked with a variety of ages and fitness levels. My coaching style is positive, holistic, and promotes self love. I have experience in weight lifting/resistance training, bodyweight training, yoga, HIIT training, and am continuing to expand my areas of expertise.
I am currently studying sport psychology at the master's level, and will include mental performance skills within my fitness training; a two for one!
