I use a patient centered approach to develop personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations for management of T2DM , Prediabetes and Weight Loss.
Our goals will focus on shifting dietary habits, physical activity, supplement recommendations, stress management, improving lab values of (blood glucose levels, A1C etc.)
This session includes a 1 hour initial assessment with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations with a meal plan and recipes to get you started. Ongoing coaching is recommended to help implement, track and modify nutrition recommendations as well as help keep one accountable and motivated through the process of behavioral modification and lifestyle changes. A plan and pricing for follow up appointments can be scheduled and discussed during our initial assessment and consultation.

Brittany is a registered dietitian and functional medicine trained nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition, Longevity and Healthspan from the University of Southern California. Brittany is trained in functional medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is passionate about helping others develop healthy habits through adopting a whole foods diet and living a holistic lifestyle through reduced exposure to environmental toxins and lowering daily stressors. Brittany is also bilingual in Spanish.
