My goal as a Health Professional is to increase the knowledge of diet and exercise within the general population. Over the last five years, I have been a personal trainer, a cardiac rehab exercise physiologist intern, an exercise physiology lab instructor and a researcher within the field of health and exercise. I recently received my Master's degree in Exercise Science and I plan to use all of my knowledge that I have accumulated over the years to help people reach their health goals.
