Raleigh's Private Pilates Session focuses on strengthening the core, balance, mobility & flexibility. With this one-on-one personalized session, Raleigh will cater the workout to your specific needs and goals. Make sure you have a blanket or mat for comfort and any props are welcome such as a ball or pillow, weights or soup cans, etc.
