Hi, I’m Carol, a Mayo Clinic trained Wellness Coach with a passion for fitness and nutrition.
Do you want to live a healthy life, but find it challenging to make healthy lifestyle changes? Do you want to create healthy habits (or discontinue unhealthy ones), but don't know where to start? Do you start out with the best of intentions but lack the motivation to stick with your goals? As your Health & Wellness Coach, I will meet you where you're at in your health journey and help you make small changes to create sustainable healthy lifestyle habits.
Health and Wellness Coaching offers a supportive, structured environment to help you succeed in making the health-related changes you want in your life. As your Health Coach, I will work with you to establish achievable goals, and to develop the skills and tools you need to make lasting behavior changes related to your health and wellness.
In addition to being a Mayo Clinic trained Wellness Coach; a NAFC Certified Nutrition Coach and a Certified Lifestyle Coach for the CDC's Diabetes Prevention Program. I am also an Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of clinical and Medical Case Management experience.
I have previously worked as a Group Fitness Instructor and was certified as a Weight Training Instructor. I have completed 3 half marathons, 6 triathlons, and many 5K and 10K races.
I have a passion for health, fitness and nutrition, and I love sharing my knowledge and passion with others.
