Have you set a goal for yourself to eat healthier, but you are not quite sure where to start? Would you like to learn more about healthy eating and how certain foods may affect your mental and physical health?
We all have unique situations, goals, and needs, and there is not a one-size-fits-all approach for accomplishing goals. As your coach, I will help you to identify the specific nutrition goals that you want to accomplish and that are ideal for you.
Together we will:
Discuss what healthy eating and improved nutrition means for you.
Identify the goals that you want to achieve and structure them in the SMART goal format.
Develop a detailed plan to work towards your goals.
Identify emotional, environmental, behavioral, and/or mental barriers that may be creating challenges for goal-accomplishment.
Identify and leverage strengths and areas of opportunity for goal-accomplishment.
Accountability will also be a part of our collaborative process, and as your coach, it is my job to help you stay on track.
Each week’s coaching will include weekly goal-setting, discussion of progress, education of nutrition topics, inspiration, and motivation.
