As a Certified Integrated Health and Nutrition Coach, I work with my clients to understand and make adjustments to food or lifestyle, to enable your best self and thrive while alive! Relationships, exercise, career and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Instead of prescribing one diet, way of exercising, or self-care routine, I tailor individualized wellness programs to meet my clients' needs with a holistic approach that supports the whole person. I am a passionate guide who empowers my clients to make sustainable changes that improve health and happiness. We’ll explore practical mindfulness and emotional intelligence techniques to increase feelings of balance, peace, joy and gratitude while reducing stress, burn-out and anxiety. Key skills that apply both on and off the plate!
