As a former high school/collegiate cross country and track athlete and running camp coach, I can help you learn how to begin and increase your mileage in preparation for a race, or for a healthy way to exercise. I can provide recovery tips, supplemental strength work and even speed or interval workouts if you so desire. Excited to help you on your running journey!
