Do you have a goal that you just haven't been able to complete? Mandi's coaching will help get you remove the obstacles holding you back. She will help you get clear about what it is you want & help you determine the small, easy steps to get you moving in that direction, gently holding you accountable along the way. Mandi will be your personal encouragement committee, cheering you on every step of the way.
In our first session (or consultation), we will discuss your physical health: how are you feeling, what are you concerned about, what does your lifestyle look like right now? We will explore your emotional health: how do you feel about your health, home life, career, relationships, etc.? After we get all of the background information out of the way, we dive into the heart of the matter; How does where you're at now in life differ from where you'd like to be? Once we have a clear picture of where you'd like to take your life, we begin setting goals & choosing action steps to move you toward these goals.
A single session is incredibly valuable on its own, but for maximum success it is recommended that you continue being coached for six months to allow you to develop & maintain new & improved habits with ease to allow you to live a life you truly love.
