I am a Certified Positive Mindset Coach who helps women to overcome issues with mood, depression/anxiety, and the negative cycle of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors we all find ourselves trapped in from time to time. I teach my clients the power of self-compassion and mindfulness.
I have always had a passion for health and wellness, as well as an interest in the connection between mind and body. While coaching is more future-focused and goal-oriented than therapy, I often draw from my background in psychology when working with clients. My empathetic approach is deeply rooted in the philosophies of Positive Psychology, which focuses on helping clients to flourish and to lead their best lives through optimal functioning. I coach clients to develop and work towards small, attainable goals meant for creating lasting change for the better, and I enjoy celebrating with them when they are successful!
