I help you get into better health and move with greater ease, through health coaching, nutritional strategies, exercises, including strength training, cardio, yoga, stretching, and meditation. The coaching I provide is individualized, and with my experience in specialized health, and rehab, you won't have to worry about working with someone who is unfamiliar with many common health conditions.
