Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation

Aches and pains ruining your workouts? Keeping you from reaching your fitness goals? My goal is to help you find the solution which keeps you doing what you love. Movement is key to keeping our bodies healthy, together we'll find the right exercises, mobility techniques, and progression for you.

$30 includes initial 1 hour consultation, individualized program, and 2 weeks of follow ups for questions, comments, and concerns. Communication can take place through email, Skype, or Google Hangouts. If there is another method which works best for you, please let me know.
