The major components of my programs are:
-analysis of past wellness successes and failures
-in-depth goal setting sessions with weekly breakdowns to ensure consistent progress
-weekly educational components to build self-efficacy and shape a client into their own competent health resource
-proven strategies to encourage a natural trend towards an [ ideal weight ],[ routine ] and [ mindset ]
This occurs via weekly check-in calls, weekly email updates, weekly delivery of personally curated educational resources, and 24/7 access to me throughout the duration of the program. Programs are either 4 or 12 weeks, depending on your specific goals.
My ideal client is anyone who is ready to change their lifestyle without all the trial and error that diet culture forces upon us. I work with clients who want to lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, conquer body-image issues, regain control of a hectic unhealthy schedule, and much more.
