Why Choose Me?
First of all I AM A MOM! No one understands mothers and what they have been through like another mom. We give up so much of ourselves to love our babies.
Secondly, I have been a CrossFit coach for over 5 years. I take coaching and programming for athletes very seriously. I am certificates in scaling and modifications for fitness movements, in which postpartum women NEED to have. I have over 1,000 hours training and coaching all athletes and have had many, many success stories.
Lastly, I majored with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology with a focus in the neurological pathways of food addiction. I was a teacher for three years and I am always staying up to date on my science.
