1-on-1 Fitness Coaching

My Name is Caitlin Ashdown I was born in Phoenix, Arizona and I am 25 years old. I received my Associate in Applied Science Degree in Strength, Nutrition, and Personal Training along with my Certificate of Completion for Personal Trainer and Personal Trainer Specialist at Glendale Community College in 2016. I am also a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. I became a health coach to inspire people to be wise about making healthy choices. I understand everyone wants to improve their health, mobility, nutrition, and training in some way and that every person has a different goal and vision as to what leading a healthy lifestyle means. I have been a part of the Fitness industry since 2010 when I competed in my first body building show and have done 5 more since then. With my 1-on-1 Fitness Coaching you will receive a personalized 5 phase workout plan with proven results! Along with the plan you will receive a new weight tracking sheet with each phase and my individualized coaching via text, email, and video chatting! My training follows the NASM OPT(Optimum Performance Training) Model, we will be in each "phase" for 4-6 weeks. Each phase is essential and necessary to reach your goals and maintain optimal health. The OPT model is one of the fitness industry's first training systems based on evidence and scientific principles. OPT has been extremely successful in helping clients from diverse populations reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and strength, and improve overall health and performance.
