I have worked with virtually all populations, including generally healthy youth and young adults, athletes, the overweight/obese, diabetics, pregnant women, stroke and heart attack victims, those with high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, parkinsons, arthritis, back pain and other orthopedic issues, etc.
Myths and misconceptions create barriers to many health, fitness, and weight loss goals. My exercise and weight loss coaching will help educate clients so that they understand how they can help themselves change their lives. I have an extensive background in health and nutrition education, exercise physiology, personal training, strength and conditioning, and lifestyle coaching. I use all of my knowledge, experience, and resources at my disposal to help clients create and adhere to a realistic and individualized plan for meeting personal health and fitness goals.
