Fitness Training

With nearly 10 years of experience and two certifications, I am able to work with clients who are both asymptomatic and symptomatic.

My training involves an initial one hour and 15 minute assessment that will evaluate your musculoskeletal function and strength. In our sessions we will tackle your individual goals that may involve weight loss, athletic performance, strength building, injury recovery and relief from pain.
