Chris is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D™) who has a passion for helping people to be their best selves. She has been active in health and fitness in some way or another since College. An ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach as well, Chris has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities for over 25 years, and received her BCBA in 2007. In addition, Chris has worked with organizational behavior change as well as supervision and management.
Chris works as both an academic and a clinician, so she knows how hard it can be fitting health and fitness into an already busy and demanding lifestyle! Living with several chronic conditions gives Chris specific insight in how chronic illness and stress throws additional stress and obstacles in the way of healthy living.
Chris will work with you, your needs, and your preferences to create practical solutions to help you feel awesome, reduce your stress, and be at your best every day! You’ll work together develop plans that work around and with your life, values, and limitations. She brings an evidence-based approach that results in a customized plan for you that is both fun and achievable.
