The diabetes resources are provided by the Diabetes Prevention Program created by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, curriculum can be modified based on needs and preferences.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and practice the core competencies described for coaches.
I follow the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching Scope of Practice as well as the Code of Ethics.
