As a chef, I have over 15 years of experience in the kitchen and over 10 as a dietitian. I truly help people dig deep and identify things they can do or eat to improve their diet, sleep, mental health, and weight loss.
I accommodate food preferences, create meal plans and more. I am very well versed with anything culinary, vegetarian and vegan diets, quick meals, meal prep, nutrition culinary therapy, and all medical diagnoses.
