Private Yoga and Meditation

Get into the flow with Sushanna. We start by tuning into the subtle energy body, and then build the gross physical body. We incorporate the five elements to balance our physical body including space, air, fire, water, and earth. We advance basic poses to the next level to cultivate heat, to promote self study, and ultimately inner peace. Learn how to meditate and build your yoga practice!
