My name is Wanda, and I am a certified personal trainer through NASM, certified behavioral change specialist (NASM) and certified weight loss specialist (NASM). I also love to help people achieve their health and fitness goals.

My hope is to build a program designed to meet your individual needs, while providing you with the necessary tools to meet your own goals.
Because we're all different, a one size fits all program can have many difficulties. I value the process of listening to the client (you), and then creating a program based on your needs, wants, resources, and abilities. I find that on the road to achieving a goal, life rarely plays fair, and there are often setbacks and barriers. However, I fully believe that with guidance, knowledge and the right tools, those barriers and setbacks can be crushed, and lasting change can occur! Also, I think working out should be as fun as possible. It's hard work, but why not have fun too?
In our initial consultation, I'll learn about you, what you'd like to achieve/why you're doing it, and where you're at movement and health wise. From there we'll set out to define a clear roadmap to meeting your goals. We'll also learn how to stick to that roadmap - even if we make changes along the way - because failing to stick to a program is the most common reason people don't meet their health and fitness goals. We'll take benchmarks (i.e. resting heart rate, strength test, etc.) to keep track of how you're progressing along the way and continue to adjust the program around your abilities/performance. My hope is not only to provide you with an exercise program, but to give you the proper tools and knowledge to maintain your results long term.
