I have 5 years of experience teaching Yoga. I teach multiple styles of Yoga, although I am drawn to the softer versions - Yin, Gentle, and Restorative.
My style is accessible to all bodies and ages. I truly believe Yoga is available to everyone. My style is a gentle flowy, breath-focused movement, with a lot of modifications offered. Move out of your head and flow into your body in a way that feels fluid, natural, and good. Come for more mobility in your hips, joints, and limbs and leave with peace of mind.
I am truly passionate about movement and fitness in any capacity. For me, Yoga is therapeutic and expansive for both my body and my mind.

I currently teach at Harbor Bay Club in Alameda, CA, and Ume Yoga in Oakland, CA. I had previously taught at CorePower Yoga for 3 years all styles including Yoga Sculpt. I also have a TRX teaching qualification. I am currently working on getting my Barre certificate.
