I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who works with women to reach a new level of health and well-being.
Many of my clients are helping professionals, excellent at caring for others, yet often not prioritizing themselves in the same way. I walk with them along their journeys, discovering and creating the goals and steps that will lead to the future they desire.
I also have a M.A in Clinical Psychology and have spent many years studying Positive Psychology, coming to the conclusion that when we focus on our values, strengths, and what is "right with us," we can learn to take better care of ourselves and reduce the stress that leads to health challenges.
