As an exercise physiologist, I spent years counseling, educating and training countless cardiac patients and healthy adults on how to develop, adopt and practice sound dietary and exercise habits.
Additionally, I'm a practicing Lifestyle Health Coach for a major hospital network in the Chicago, Illinois area. I've successfully coached over 1000 1:1 sessions focusing on weight loss and maintenance, exercise adherence, smoking cessation, stress management and life balance for hospital employees and their spouses as well as clients in affiliate corporate wellness programs, helping the participants gain a new perspective and achieve lasting results.
I also design, spearhead and facilitate custom-tailored dynamic Laughter Yoga and stress management sessions for a wide range of clients including corporations, schools, health clubs, professional conferences, spas, the special-needs community, the elderly and adults with dementia. Lasting benefits from these sessions include increased energy, decreased stress, tension and anxiety, strengthened immunity, enhanced ability to focus and overall improved physical and mental health.
