My name is Julia and I am a certified 200 Registered Yoga Teacher and my specialties include Basic Yoga, Mind-Body, and Vinyasa Power yoga. My goal is to help my clients find peace and calmness in their lives through the practice of Yoga.
Depending on when you have started with me, We will spend our time getting to know your goals in yoga whether its to find peace, gain strength, or learn the basics of what exactly yoga is!
We will then go over a flow designed specifically for you and each time we meet we will build onto that. Providing an overall mind-body experience that will give you confidence to practice in your home but also in the real world.
